Personalise your designs

Edit names, dates, locations and wording using PowerPoint or LibreOffice Impress.

The designs use Times New Roman and Arial fonts.

Printing options

Choose from the standard print-ready PDFs, print-shop files with bleed and crop marks, or home-print sheets.

Important printing note: The bleed and home-print files are raster renders containing sample text. After editing your designs, re-export the edited documents as PDFs for your final printing.

Software requirements

• Microsoft PowerPoint 2010+ or LibreOffice Impress 7+.
• A printer or professional printing service.

Compatibility and limitations

Rendering was checked in LibreOffice. Compatibility with Microsoft PowerPoint has not been tested. Keynote and Google Slides may shift shapes and spacing. Physical print results have not been tested.

Sample names and dates are fictional and must be replaced with your own information.

2. Extract the ZIP file.
3. Open START_HERE.pdf and read the instructions.
4. Open the PowerPoint files using PowerPoint or LibreOffice Impress.
5. Replace the sample names, dates, locations and wording.
6. Save your edited designs.
7. Export the edited designs as PDFs.
8. Select the appropriate print-ready, home-print or professional printing method.
9. Review the final files before printing.
